We guarantee delivery of your New York Certificate of Publication or a full refund of our service fee.

How It Works

We handle the entire publication process, including:

  • Coordinating required newspaper publications (one daily, one weekly for six consecutive weeks)
  • Collecting notarized affidavits of publication
  • Filing proof of publication with the NY Department of State

Once complete, you receive your official Certificate of Publication from the New York Department of State.

Your Responsibilities

To complete your publication, we require:

  1. Accurate LLC information – Your LLC name, formation date, and county must be correct
  2. A properly formed New York LLC – Your LLC must be validly formed and eligible for publication
  3. Timely responses – If additional information is required, please respond promptly

If incorrect information or prolonged non-response prevents completion, the guarantee does not apply.

Timeline Expectations

Most publications complete in 8–10 weeks, which includes:

  • 6 weeks of newspaper publication (required by NY law)
  • 2–4 weeks for affidavit collection and state filing

Processing times for newspapers and the NY Department of State are outside our control, but we manage the entire process and keep you informed until completion.

Our commitment: We do not abandon or partially complete orders. We continue working until your publication is complete.

Limitations of the Guarantee

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
  • Customer non-response that prevents completion
  • Issues with LLC formation documents or eligibility
  • Change of mind after work has begun

The guarantee covers our service work and does not extend to processing timelines controlled by newspapers or the NY Department of State.

We have successfully completed every publication for customers who provided valid LLC formation documents and responded to required requests.

  3. We will review and respond within 5 business days

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
