New York Law Requires Your New LLC to Publish in a Printed Newspaper
Por Jewish Press Staff
The Jewish Press published a staff explainer on New York's Section 206 LLC publication requirement — what the law asks, why it exists, and how it supports local journalism — citing LLC Publishers as the expert source and the service that handles the process end-to-end across all 62 New York counties. The article notes that of the Certificates of Publication the Department of State has ruled on, every one has been accepted and none rejected; that LLC Publishers has handled more than 500 New York LLCs and placed notices in over 110 of the state's newspapers; and that it publishes in the county the LLC is already in, without changing the company's county, address, registered agent, or structure.
