“LLC Publishers helped me complete my publishing requirement to become a LLC in New York State. This was an easy process and saved me the legwork of getting in touch with two (2) newspaper sources, getting quotes, scheduling publication, and getting my new business published. This company went the extra distance to keep me informed of each step along the way, sent me the completed certificate of publication, and filed the document with the Dept. of State. As part of the publishing service, the LLC Publishers covered the fee with the State to complete the process. This process was very easy from my end. I hope you will consider LLC Publishers to help you with your NY LLC Publishing requirement(s). Thank you very much!”

“Could not have been more pleased with my experience! They were so personable, made the process easy and understandable, and had excellent communication - even on the phone! So often these services are with large companies where you can't get anyone on the phone and it feels like nobody cares. LLC Publishers listened to the unique situation I was in and did everything to help. Grateful and highly recommend!”

Common Questions

Why does Chautauqua County LLC publication cost $425?

Publication costs are determined by the newspapers designated by the Chautauqua County Clerk per NY LLC Law § 206. Newspaper advertising rates vary significantly across New York, with NYC boroughs and suburban counties typically charging 2-3x more than upstate counties due to higher circulation and demand for legal notices.

What's included in the $425 price for Chautauqua County?

It's a single, one-time, all-inclusive fee. From it, LLC Publishers pays your county's daily newspaper (Observer) and weekly newspaper (Westfield Republican) to run your legal notice for 6 consecutive weeks, pays for and collects the notarized affidavits of publication from each newspaper, and pays the $50 New York State filing fee to prepare and file your Certificate of Publication (Form DOS-1708-f for domestic LLCs, DOS-1707-f for foreign LLCs, DOS-1709-f/DOS-1710-f for PLLCs) with the Department of State. No hidden costs, no recurring charges, and nothing else for you to pay.

What happens if I miss the 120-day deadline?

Under NY LLC Law § 206(a), if proof of publication is not filed within 120 days, your LLC's authority "to carry on, conduct or transact any business in this state shall be suspended." New York courts have dismissed lawsuits brought by LLCs that had not completed publication, including Small Step Day Care, LLC v. Broadway Bushwick Builders, 137 A.D.3d 1102 (2d Dep't 2016), where the Appellate Division affirmed the dismissal of an LLC's complaint for lack of capacity to sue. Banks, lenders and licensing agencies may also decline to proceed. The suspension does not invalidate your contracts or stop your LLC from defending a lawsuit, it carries no monetary fine, and there is no deadline to fix it — once you publish and file the Certificate of Publication, Section 206 annuls the suspension. We start same-day and track every deadline.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We guarantee delivery of your Chautauqua County Certificate of Publication or a full refund of our service fee. To deliver on this guarantee, we require accurate LLC information and timely responses from you. We have successfully completed every publication for customers who provided valid LLC formation documents and responded to required requests.

What documents will I receive for my Chautauqua County LLC publication?

You will receive: (1) Two notarized Affidavits of Publication from the Chautauqua County designated newspapers confirming your publication ran for 6 consecutive weeks. (2) A filed Certificate of Publication (Form DOS-1708-f for domestic LLCs, DOS-1707-f for foreign LLCs, DOS-1709-f/DOS-1710-f for PLLCs) with the NY Department of State's official filing receipt and date stamp. (3) Copies of the actual newspaper clippings. These documents serve as permanent proof of compliance.
