Do I need to publish in Bronx County specifically?

Broadway Bushwick Builders, 137 A.D.3d 1102 (2d Dep't 2016), where the Appellate Division affirmed the dismissal of an LLC's complaint for lack of capacity to sue. Banks, lenders and licensing agencies may also decline to proceed. The suspension does not invalidate your contracts or stop your LLC from defending a lawsuit, it carries no monetary fine, and there is no deadline to fix it — once you publish and file the Certificate of Publication, Section 206 annuls the suspension.
